Dr. Tran is a full professor in management information information. He has over 25 years of business/industry experience. He served as the Director of Vietnam Programs for UHCL from 1999 to 2007 and traveled extensively there. He has published over 20 articles and essays on Vietnam in professional journals in VN, RFA, BBC, etc. Dr. Tran also practices public accounting in the field of corporate taxation for small businesses.
